As a board member, Steven is active in the audit, development, and education committees, and helps LatinoJusticePRLDEF reach out to and provide leadership development opportunities for thousands of young Latinos.

As a Latino professional, Steven works to assess and refine education and leadership development opportunities to maximize participation by Latino students, and provides networking and mentoring opportunities for Latinos all over New Jersey and New York. 

His support and passion for youth and leadership development have helped LatinoJustice PRLDEF launch their the New Media Youth Civic Engagement Program.
