The LatinoJustice PRLDEF Education Division offers informative workshops and events for prospective and newly accepted law students. As with all of our services, these are packed with information AND are free or low cost!


Personal Statement Workshop I
Tuesday, May 24, 6:00—8:00 PM
How should you go about organizing and drafting your personal essay for law school? What information do the law schools want to know? What should you omit? We will answer your questions as you get ready to draft this all important essay. Space is limited. Reserve your seat by Wednesday, May 18. Send email to spatrick@latinojustice.org.

Financing Law School 101

Are you thinking about law school and nervous about the costs? Have you been out of school for a long time and need a refresher course on financing higher education? This workshop is for you. This is a basic workshop designed to give prospective applicants a solid foundation to prepare themselves financially for law school.
