Many Communities - One Voice

Join LatinoJustice PRLDEF and the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida for a community forum to facilitate a conversation among Latino and African-American residents of Orange County about minority political empowerment, the Census 2010 field enumeration process, civil rights protections, voting rights and fair redistricting. This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.

Our Project’s bilingual outreach educators conduct workshops and activities to facilitate local strategies to maximize participation in the Census 2010, address the fears and barriers which contribute to Census undercount rates, and, teach about the importance of Census data for decade-long public funding, apportionment and the redistricting process. Use this 2010 Census Brochure Template to create a brochure promoting the census or highlighting your organization's census-related events and activities.

This Spanish-language poster is designed to build awareness of and encourage participation in the 2010 Census. Display it in your office, lobby or other high-traffic area to create awareness of the coming census. You can also contact your Regional Census Center to obtain a 16" X 20" printed version.
