Our Cases
Our current cases focus on constitutional rights; immigrants’ rights; voting rights; housing, education, and job discrimination; the treatment of day laborers; freedom of movement, and all forms of bias that affect Latinos living in the United States.

Hazleton
In 2006 Hazleton, PA announced a number of ordinances forbidding business leaders and landlords from hiring or renting homes to undocumented immigrants. LatinoJustice PRLDEF brought the town to court to stop the ordinances from being enacted.
