Michelle Davila

Michelle Davila is the chief legal officer for the Americas at Franklin Templeton Investments. Previously she served as group counsel at American Express Bank, general counsel at Bank of Bermuda NY, and assistant general counsel at PaineWebber. She is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and Harvard University.
